How the Lammas ritual gemstone set works
Lammas is also called Lughnasadh (pronounced: loe-na-sa). On August 1st we celebrate Lammas or Lughnasadh. Lugh is a sun god, a leader and a warrior. He is the god of crafts and is seen as a Father god. This celebration is about appreciating what you have, what you have been given and preparing for what is to come.
How does it work?
Enjoy the late summer with a (camp)fire. This can be done alone or with friends and/or family. Place the Topaz, the Tiger Eye piece and the Peridot bracelet near the fire. In this way you involve the crystals in the ritual. Think while you are standing by the fire what you want to let go of or what you want to persevere. When you are ready, throw the sage into the fire. If you do this with several people, you can share the powder and repeat this ritual in turns. The crystals are now filled with the energy of Lammas. This will cause them to release this energy for a longer period of time.
