Anahata (अनाहत) is Sanskrit for unbroken, unblemished and is the fourth chakra according to Hindu and yogic traditions, within which chakras contain physical, emotional and spiritual components.
Anahata is located at the heart and forms the center of the human being and is seen as the connection between the lower three chakras of the instincts with the upper three chakras of the higher, human consciousness.

Spiritual meaning
Physical:
This chakra is associated with the heart, lungs and breathing. A stable blood circulation, a strong heart, a healthy heart rhythm and deep relaxed breathing would indicate that this heart chakra is in balance. A decrease in the energy level of this chakra would manifest itself through allergies, asthma and sensitivity to infections.
Emotional:
The fourth chakra is seen as the energetic center of love, compassion, humanity and security, which ensures loving and supportive contact with others and leads from the I-consciousness to the we-consciousness.
