YogaStyles has had a cotton yoga bolster made filled with purified buckwheat chaff. The bolsters are rectangular in shape and consist of an outer cover and an inner cover.
Use: Bolsters are used in performing yoga and meditation exercises. A bolster supports the body while it relaxes and stretches without creating tension. A bolster should be firm enough to support the body in difficult yoga poses, but you should also be able to move it easily on the mat.
The bolster has a length of 60 cm and a width of 16 cm and is 8 cm high. Both the cotton outer cover and inner cover have a zipper. Available in aubergine, burgundy and black. Filled with purified buckwheat chaff. Weight: approximately 3000 grams
